2. What information do we collect?

We only collect data that is necessary to provide our services:

• Name, address, city, country (before shipment)
• Email address (for order confirmation, track & trace, login via magic code)
• Phone number (for questions about your order and Tikkie via WhatsApp)
• Order history, wallet balance and transactions
• IP address, browser type, visit times (for security and error analysis)

Principles for processing

• Performance of the agreement: to process and ship your order.
• Legal obligation: for tax retention of invoices (7 years).
• Legitimate interest: to keep our website safe and working, prevent fraud and improve the service.
• Consent: for analytical and marketing cookies (see cookie statement below).

4. Retention periods

We do not keep your data longer than necessary:

• Orders and invoices: 7 years (statutory retention obligation for the Tax and Customs Administration)
• Customer account + wallet balance: as long as your account is active, until you request deletion
• Login codes and sessions: up to 30 days
• Marketing / analytics: up to 26 months (GA4 standard)

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share what's needed to deliver your order:

• MyParcel / PostNL / DHL: name and address for delivery.
• Our payment providers: transaction data for the processing of the payment.
• Google Analytics: anonymised statistics (only if you give permission for this).
• SMTP provider: email address for sending order confirmations.

We never sell your data to third parties.No.

We use functional cookies (for shopping cart and login) and, with your consent, analytical cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can change your choice at any time using the Change Cookie Preferences button at the bottom of this page.

7. Your rights

You have the right:

• Have your data corrected or deleted

• Request a copy (data portability)
• Withdraw your consent

8. Submit a complaint

Are you not satisfied with how we handle your data? You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

9. Security

We secure your data via HTTPS, hashed passwords (bcrypt), CSRF protection and strict access controls on our servers. Payment data is processed directly by our payment providers and is not stored on our systems.
